The reorganization of the parts division, Partners Choice began in early 2006 with a change in the parts business direction. Partners Choice is now Directed by Ozden Karakurt and supported by a growing team dedicated to the parts business.

New look, Expanded Services, Additional Parts offering.
Since the reorganization, Partners Choice now offers new and a more broad variety of parts and accessory product. A new look has been established and is supported with packaging, a Distributor of Choice store merchandising program, monthly specials, and on-line services to support their customer’s parts business.

Partners Choice On-Line Services.
Partners Choice offers Parts Quest, an on-line searchable database. Distributors can search for a particular part by part number, SKU number, Unit Series or specific Unit Model number. In addition, this service provides a comprehensive list of all parts found on a particular unit and an exploded view of the unit. o

Partners Choice policies and ordering procedures can also be found on-line along with return and warranty procedures. o Through an approved Distributor log-in, Distributors can price, determine availability and order a part. Then they can check on an order to determine actual ship date, method of transit, tracking information, etc.
